The Rock 'N' Roll Marathon! I'll follow this up with an entry more about my experiences doing the run. As you can see, the GPS lost signal, so it lost a little distance. And you can see that I kicked it in at the end, running under an 8'30" mile pace! Activity

My Last solo run before the marathon. Activity

Time to catch up on missed posts. This run was probably my favorite. When we were getting ready to run, somehow I ended up standing around farthest from the start. Which meant when we started running, I was out in front. Suddenly, I decided to keep it that way. I was up and running with Wayne, and Ashley, and the other fastest runners. Ashley started jumping onto stairs, and the next thing I knew, Wayne and I were jumping the little "No Parking" signs like hurdles. Probably not smart, but definitely fun. When I got to the end, I taunted Wayne a little, and he sprinted in front of me, but I stuck with it, and finished first back at the signin sheet. First, and only time, I won a training run. I was not supposed to run that hard, but I loved it! Activity
