This is part of my longest trail run in preparation for the Catalina Marathon. I seem to be missing a few miles, as I recall doing over 15miles. And notice how slow I ran. My feet were really hurting after a while for the last several miles. I feared it was my shoes, so I went back to Movin' Shoes, and got inserts added to my shoes. I was afraid to do anything more.
