This canyon run felt colder than the weather reading included here would suggest. But I still managed to improve my pace. The total time is a longer, because I added an extra segment to the run. I even finished 3 minutes leaning against the bike lockers. (I called this "wallies" before. No one seems to use the same name for this horrid exercise.)
