WOW! this run is a turning point for me. 2nd longest, and run at the fastest pace. And I even ran faster as the run goes on. I can't say for sure I could keep this pace for a whole marathon, but I could have run it a lot farther than 4 miles I think.

Of course, I have to run a 7min 38sec/mile pace to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Am I that crazy? We'll have to see how the runs continue.
