Here's my latest run with the boot camp group. I managed to average under 10 min/mile even with the steep uphill at the end. I was late, so I ran by myself.

The crazy people who ran today ran an extra run up and down the goat trail, so I followed along. and except for trouble with the final "wallies", I did the whole workout for once. Hurrah!
